our HISTORY
Established in 1989, JL Schwieters entered the construction scene as a framing company.
Over the years, our commitment to innovation has propelled us forward.
In the late '90s, we pioneered off-site cutting of stair stringers, optimizing on-site efficiency. Since then, our evolution has been steady.
By 2002, we had diversified into manufacturing our own wall panels, followed by the establishment of our exclusive lumberyard in 2005.
In 2017, we expanded into Floor Panel Manufacturing, and in 2019, we invested in a state-of-the-art facility for roof and floor truss production.
In 2023, we marked another milestone with the addition of a 7th building, augmenting our technological capabilities and production capacity.
Today, JL Schwieters offers a comprehensive suite of packages, including wall panels, roof trusses, and turnkey solutions.
