  • JL Schwieters has been family-owned and operated for over 45 years, founded in 1980 by John and Leo Schwieters. Today the company has grown to 400+ employees, with John remaining the sole owner.

  • A turnkey framing package means JL Schwieters manages the entire framing scope — manufacturing, delivery, and on-site installation — under one accountable partner. A wall panel or truss package means we manufacture and deliver those specific components, which your own crews or another installer can then set. Many builders start with components and move to turnkey as the relationship grows.

  • Yes. Builders and contractors can purchase wall panel packages, truss packages, or lumber packages on their own for self-installation, or combine any of these with our turnkey framing service.
