What started as a truss quote in 2021 became one of JL Schwieters’ meaningful customer relationships. Zawadski Homes builds high-end custom single family-homes and came to us because they needed a direct line to a truss company the could talk design with. Five years later, they framed their first turnkey project with us: the Artisan Home at Elliot Crossing, featured o the 2025 Minnesota Artisan Home Tour. We framed it in under 8 weeks.
