What started as a truss quote in 2021 became one of JL Schwieters’ meaningful customer relationships. Zawadski Homes builds high-end custom single family-homes and came to us because they needed a direct line to a truss company the could talk design with.

Five years later, they brought us in as their turnkey framing partner on the Artisan Home at Elliot Crossing in Grant, MN. A 6,107sq. ft. custom home with three levels (basement, main, and second floor) that went on to be featured on the 2026 Minnesota Artisan Home Tour. We framed it in under 8 weeks.
