Oneka Shores is a multi-phase residential community in Hugo, MN -- JL Schwieters' home city -- featuring a mix of single-family homes, twin homes, and ramblers developed by Fenway Land Co. The community continues to grow as new phases open, and we have been the framing partner from the start.

Our scope at Oneka Shores covers wall panels and trusses for every home in the community, with turnkey framing -- walls, trusses, and installation -- on select units where the builder needs our crews on site. Most homes range from 2,000 to 2,500 square feet, with smaller rambler layouts mixed in. The variety in floor plan and home type means our manufacturing team is producing multiple panel configurations simultaneously, coordinated with the builder's lot-by-lot build sequence.

Because we are based in Hugo, logistics for Oneka Shores are simple. Our manufacturing facility is minutes from the development, which means shorter delivery windows, faster response when the schedule shifts, and a crew that is as familiar with the roads as they are with the homes.
