This multi-phase residential development features a mix of single-family homes and twin homes, with future phases already planned. JL Schwieters supplied wall panels and trusses for every home and provided framing on select units to keep schedules moving. Most homes range from 2,000–2,500 square feet, with smaller ramblers included. Developed with Fenway Land Co., the community continues to grow as demand increases, alongside our turnkey work on the nearby 60-unit Oneka Fields rental townhomes with RT Residential.
