Watermark in Lino Lakes, MN is a mixed residential community featuring townhomes, back-to-back townhomes, and villa-style single-family homes. JL Schwieters delivered a full turnkey framing package -- wall panels, roof trusses, loose lumber, and installation -- for the community, completed in a little over 24 months.

When wall panels and roof trusses are manufactured in-house, production can be adjusted to match the pace of the build rather than waiting on outside suppliers.
